Jeff Gibson, co-founder and COO of Oplign, is a Navy veteran who served 20 years — including a decade as a SEAL Team officer — before transitioning to leadership roles at 3M and in defense contracting. He now leads Oplign, a skills-based job platform for veterans, and is also the father of Katerina Gibson, the Intentionality Club’s Relationships and Community Representative.
